Paris Hilton: Paris Hilton Responds To Topless Pics, Marijuana Rumors

Are you shocked that Paris Hilton is back in the news? During what appears to be a scandalous European holiday, this weekend Hilton was reportedly held in France for hiding less than a gram of marijuana in her purse. Here's how she's responding.

But Monday afternoon Europe time after paps caugt pics of Paris topless on that same yacht over the weekend, she tweeted "Note to Self - Beware. You never know when some perv paparazzi may be lurking and hiding on a fishing boat in the middle of the ocean."

"Just to put an end to these rumors. The stories saying I have been arrested are completely false!" she wrote. "I am having the best vacation of my life! What an amazing summer! I feel so blessed and grateful for everything.
